I cordially greet you and congratulate you on the start of the annual action “Museum Night”. Today, all of Russia from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad will turn into a huge festive venue, united around museums.

Over the 13 years of its existence, the action has gained extraordinary popularity. Millions of people of all ages and hobbies, residents of all regions of the country, become guests of the Museum Night. Such demand has become a tangible result of the comprehensive modernization of the museum, the transformation of Russian museums from artifact repositories into modern cultural and educational spaces. And in this, of course, there is a huge merit of museum staff.
