Kazan State Institute of Culture will host the International Festival - the speech and vocal art contest "Ilһamiyat"

December 8-9, 2018, Kazan State Institute of Culture holds the International festival - the speech and vocal art contest "Ilһamiyat".

The organizer of the festival-competition "Ilkamiyat" is the Theatrical Faculty of the Kazan State Institute of Culture.

The purpose of the festival:

- promoting study and popularization of the Tatar language and literature, folk songs, and works by Tatar writers and poets, composers.

- Tasks of the festival:

- identification and support of original, gifted children and talented youth;

- education of patriotism and national identity of children on the example of the work of Tatar writers, poets and composers of the republic;

- formation of artistic needs and tastes:

- actualization of respect for the native language, promotion of works by national authors.
