Irada Ayupova, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the opening of a memorial plaque dedicated to R.Musin

October 19 in Kazan opened a plaque dedicated to the Soviet party leader Rashid Musin. She appeared on the house number 33b Chistopolskaya street.

Rashid Musinovich Musin was born in the village of Chatra in the Toporninsky District of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 1927. In 1950 he graduated from the Moscow Energy Institute, in 1952 became a member of the CPSU. He worked at CHPP-1, first as a foreman and engineer, then as a liberated secretary of the party committee, then as a director.

The grand opening was attended by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, the head of the administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts Timur Alibayev, colleagues Rashid Musin

During her speech, Irada Ayupova said: “We must understand that not a single victory is created just like that - it is created by specific people. With today's event, we once again show that every person is worthy to remain in the memory of descendants. It does not matter whether it is a man of such magnitude as Rashid Mussin, be it a simple builder, he should remain in people's memory. Only by respecting those who came before us, can we build a future. ”
