Exhibition "Return to the roots" opens in the Bulgarian Museum-Reserve

On July 5, at 11.00,  on the exhibition grounds of the Museum of Bulgarian Civilization of the Bulgarian State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve  opens , a solo exhibition of the works   by  Madiyar Sharipovich Khaziev "Return to the Origins", Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, Honorary Citizen of Naberezhnye Chelny. In 2017 he became a laureate of the Award of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan named after Baki Urmanche.

At the exhibition "Return to the Roots" more than 40 paintings will be presented to the Bulgarian Museum-Reserve. For the artist Madiyar Khaziev, the search for a spiritual foundation is important. Working in the style of the so-called "ethnic" avant-garde, he fully respects the experience of previous generations and creates a new one based on old traditions. The main theme of the artist's works at the exhibition  is  the life of the village with its way of life and traditions, the still-life and landscapes of the Bulgarian Museum-Reserve. Interesting pictures in the technique of shamail, in which there is no religious content. These works are traditionally made on glass with foil pads.

The opening of the exhibition will be attended by Khaziev Madiyar Sharipovich and students of the art department of the Bulgarian Children's Art School. The artist will hold a master class for them.
