Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Sharipova, heads of profile departments, Altai Territory - Director of the Altai State Theater for Children and Youth named after V. S. Cooperation in the field of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Altai Krai is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the intergovernmental Agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical and socio-cultural cooperation, as well as the Action Plan for the implementation of the Agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Altai Krai on trade, economic, scientific and technical and socio-cultural cooperation for 2016-2019.
In 2016 Almetyevsky Tatar State Drama Theater took part in the II All-Russian Youth Theater Festival named after V. Zolotukhin in Barnaul. Now there are two Tatarstan theaters among the participants of the festival: Almetyevsky Tatar State Drama Theater and Kazan State Theater of Young Spectators.
Cooperation is also taking place in the cinema. So, in 2017, the contest program of the XIX All-Russian Shukshinsky Film Festival included 2 films shot in Tatarstan: the feature-length film by Rustam Rashitov "Unsent Letters" and Oksana Sinchugova's debut short film "The Prodigal Son".
A student of the Kazan State Institute of Culture Oksana Sinchugova personally represented her work along with graduates and students of the leading profile universities of the country. The film "Prodigal Son" was awarded a diploma "For the development of the traditions of regional cinema".
At the meeting, the guests were told about the upcoming Kazan International Muslim Film Festival, noting that this is an open secular forum, the concept of which is reflected in its motto: "Through a dialogue of cultures to a culture of dialogue." Its program selects films that bear the ideas of peacemaking, tolerance, tolerance.
