April 3 in Elabuga the Republican contest of young performers "Small Towns" starts

The Republican contest of young musicians and teachers "Small Towns" in Elabuga is held annually in order to popularize the children's and teaching performing arts, to identify gifted children and to promote creative contacts and cooperation between the children's art schools of the Republic of Tatarstan.

GBUK RT "Republican Methodological Center for Educational Institutions of Culture and Art";

Council of Elabuga Municipal District;

Executive Committee of Elabuga Municipal District;

MU "Department of Culture of Elabuga Municipal District";

Children's Music School № 1 named   after  E.Bakirov, city of Elabuga.

The competition is held in Round 1. The beginning at 10.00. Children's Music School № 1 named. E. Bakirov Elabuga (str.Stroiteley, 5).

The jury of the competition included leading teachers of the Republic of Tatarstan:

F.I. Khasanova - Professor of the Department of Special Pianos of the KGK them. N.G. Zhiganova;

N.P. V.Varshavskaya - Professor of the Department of Vocal Art of KGK them. N.G. Zhiganova;

A.A.Fayzullin - the head of the chair of folk instruments of KSC  after  N.G. Zhiganov, Professor, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, laureate of the All-Union and International Competitions;

L.N. Ismagilov-teacher KMC  after  I.V. Aukhadeev, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan,

M.M.Tkachenko M.M. - teacher of vocal and choral disciplines, director of Music school № 16 of Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan.

Master classes for students and teachers will be conducted by L.N.  Ismagilova.

In 2018, about 200 young musicians from small towns of the Republic of Tatarstan with a population of up to 100 thousand people will take part in the competition, the organizing committee of the festival informs.
