The "Mir" cinema will host screenings of films in the framework of the IV Festival of Turkic Youth

On February 21, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, "Mir" cinema will host screenings of films in the framework of the IV Festival of Turkic Youth.

The films "Salam Aleikum, Siberia" (directed by D. Khalilov) about the Tyumen merchant-philanthropist Nigmatullo haji Seydukov and "Savage" (directed by F. Utarbaev) about the problem of parents and children, about the true values ​​of life will be presented to the audience. The film "Savage" is the winner of the XIII Kazan International Muslim Film Festival in the nomination "Young Russia".

The  IV Festival of Turkic youth will be held in Kazan from February 18 to 24. The event was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal National and Cultural Autonomy of the Tatars, the Youth Center "Idel".

The purpose of the festival is  cultural and national consolidation of the Turkic youth living in various regions of the Russian Federation, the countries of the near and far abroad, the expansion of business and cultural ties, information exchange in the field of youth policy, science, culture and education, solving the problems facing the Turkic youth organizations in the regions.

In the program of the festival - work on associations, round tables, meetings, exchange of experience, a diverse cultural program, excursions.

The themes of the festival are actual models of interaction and the construction of work with young cinematographers of the Turkic world.

Participants of the festival are heads of youth organizations and associations of Turkic peoples, young actors, directors and scriptwriters of the Turkic world.
