Children's films from Kazan became winners of the All-Russian competition "Man and the Biosphere"

In Moscow, the results of the All-Russian competition "Man and the Biosphere", announced in the Year of Ecology in Russia, were summed up. The organizer of the contest was the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after S.A. Gerasimov. To participate in the competition, short films (documentary, play, animation, multimedia projects), as well as photographic images, visual works and computer graphics on the themes were taken:

 

Protected Russia

Animals of Russia

The Red Book of Russia

From the spring to the sea

Conservation of land resources

Global Geoecology

Technogenic picture of Russia

The objectives of the Contest:

 

forming a responsible understanding of the severity and importance of the problem of the ecological state of the planet for the young generation of Russians;

motivating  creative self-development of Russian citizens;

to contribute to the conservation of nature and the ecology of the territory on which we live;

to arouse interest in studying the nature of the native land;

to develop cooperation in the field of information technologies and video creativity.

In the category "Documentary film" the winner was a pupil of the Kazan film school "Black and White" Alena Kruchinina for the film "Winter Poems". In the category "Animation film" the film "Snegiri" by Amalia Garipova, Alena Kruchinina and Bulat Mavlekeev was noted. All the winners received memorable diplomas.
