The works by students of the Kazan Art School named after N. I. Feshin were highly appreciated by the jury of the Privolzhsky Children's and Youth Festival of Folk Art "Milli Khazine"

The organizer of the creative contest  held in Kazan, was the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication named after  Leo Tolstoy of Kazan State University.

Students of the Kazan Art College  named after N.I. Feshin have  been deigned d  several awards at once.

I place in the category "Decorative and Applied Creativity" was occupied by Nailya Nabiulina for her work "Chest for a dowry", made in the technique of "leather mosaic".

I place was also awarded to Aigul Sadrieva for the ensemble "Nika". She created several elements of festive national clothes: a male calyapush, a woman's tuxedo, a breastplate, a cuff for sleeves in the technique of "leather mosaic."

The diploma of the laureate of the II degree was given to Kamil Ziatdinov for the set of "Chechak". It consists of a vest and a backpack, which are made in the technique of "leather mosaic" in combination with embroidery.

Valeriya Gorokhova became the third-degree laureate. She created an exquisite set of accessories "Barocco", magnificently decorated with sewing patterns in the baroque style.

 

All works of the winners were performed under the direction of Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Zamilova Alfiya Anvarovny. The jury noted their originality, harmonious color solution, competent improvisation of national motives in the creation of modern products.

By the way, students specializing in Decorative Applied Art (DPI) and folk crafts of the Kazan Art School named after N. I. Feshin more than once became laureates and prizewinners of various competitions: at the XVth Russian exhibition of works of students and teachers of art departments and departments of DPI of colleges and schools of culture and art "Territory of Creativity" our children were awarded in three nominations; at the VIII Interregional Creative Competition, dedicated to the founder of the Cheboksary Art School, F.S. Bykov, received the highest mark for teamwork; On the results of the All-Russian competition of professional skill in the field of culture and art held at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Aigul Salakhova became a laureate of the 1st degree; just three prizes were won by young masters at the 1st youth festival-contest of folk art "Vatan-Kazan".
