Students of Kazan film schools are awarded with diplomas of the International children's festival of arts "Kinotavrik"

From November 3 to 9 November  the city of Sochi hosted the International Children's Art Festival "Kinotavrik", in which the children of the UniGold Children's Film Studio and the Kinoshka Film School for Children and Adults, led by the artistic director of the Nos  Film Studio Pavel Sokolovsky took part.

To participate in the competition of films of children's and youth film studios "Debut" within the framework of the festival from Kazan, 6 applications were sent. In the nomination "For the subtlety of humor", the Children's humorous newsreel "Kinoshka" won (No. 6) with the film "Meloman" (production of the Children's Film Studio "The Nose").

This year the festival was held for the 17th time. For the years of its existence it has turned into the National Children's Art Competition and has been taking participants from all regions of Russia for  many years. The president of the International Children's Festival of Arts "Kinotavrik" is a Russian TV presenter, actress and singer Oksana Fedorova.

The festival aims to attract public attention to the problems of the younger generation, to search for and form the image of a positive hero of modern times, to take care of the spiritual health of the nation, and to promote healthy lifestyles.

Information: In the Republic of Tatarstan there are 10 film schools and studios, in which talented children are trained, who wish to further   connect  their lives with the cinema.
