Dialogue of Cultures

From  November 30 to 31 in the Republic of Mordovia, an exit seminar was held with the participation of workers from rural cultural institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan on the theme "The effectiveness of cultural institutions in the preservation of traditional culture and the development of rural tourism in the Republic of Mordovia and the Republic of Tatarstan."

The seminar was attended by 42 employees who were awarded the grant "The best worker of culture" of the Russian Federation. During two days the culture workers got acquainted with the experience of the institutions of culture of Staroshaigovskiy (Staraya Terizmorga), Krasnoslobodsky (RDK), Atiashevsky (Center for National Culture and Crafts) of the municipalities of the Republic of Mordovia. During the visit to cultural and leisure facilities, round tables were held, souvenirs and gifts were exchanged.

Workers of culture also got acquainted with the work of the State Musical Theater  named after  I.Ya. Yushev of the Republic of Mordovia. For them, an excursion was conducted around Saransk.

The final round table was held at the Mordov Republican Museum of Fine Arts named after S.D. Erzya, where cultural workers shared their experience of the cultural institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan in preserving traditional culture and shared their impressions on the work of cultural institutions of the Republic of Mordovia.
