The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a presentation of the educational project "Tatarstan's Century", timed to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Sharipova and chief of sector for development of the languages of the peoples of the Republic of Tatarstan of Department of Culture and Development of the Languages of Peoples of the Republic of Tatarstan, of Executive office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruzal Mukhametshin, delivered a welcoming speeches.
Within the framework of the event, a solemn ceremony of awarding 45 schoolchildren, authors of the best creative works dedicated to the emblems of municipal districts and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. As gifts, the pupils received smartphones, e-books and digital frames.
Thanks of letters for the promotion of the development of cultural values, representatives of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan were marked. They received sets of artistic and animation publications from the Tatar Children's Publishing House.
Gratitude letters for the active participation in the educational project "The Century of Tatarstan", the Director of the Jalil Children's Art School Gulzira Gilmutdinova, director of the Leninogorsk Art School Elmira Gallyamova, a teacher of the Buinsk Children's School of Arts No. 1 Pavel Yarkhunov were also marked.
After a solemn part, the young participants finally saw on the screen the fruits of their creativity - a 35-minute cartoon in which in an accessible form for children the information is presented about the history and images of the heroes, which are imprinted on the arms of the municipal districts of the republic and, of course, Tatarstan.
We remind "The Century of Tatarstan" is an educational project, in which more than 30,000 schoolchildren of the republic aged from 7 to 15 years took part. More than 2,500 children's drawings and more than 500 children's poems formed the basis of the educational project "The Century of Tatarstan".
In terms of the number of participants, the project "The Century of Tatarstan" has become truly a popular one, and entered the Book of Records of Russia as a cartoon, the creation of which received the greatest number of children.
Moreover, the educational project "The Century of Tatarstan" embraced the entire republic. During the project implementation, master classes on animation, lessons of patriotism and statehood "Towards the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Tatarstan" were held in 43 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and 2 city districts (Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny).
